During the meeting, the application process for Measure 1.3 of the FEPW, stage II - Implementation of the Circular Economy Transformation Model was discussed, in particular how to prepare an effective project and what mistakes to avoid. The discussion also covered: ● the relationship between the Model and the project in stage II, ● the scope of the project in stage II, ● the role of circular economy and indicators in the project, ● eligible costs, and ● budget construction.
