Patterning Summer Walleye on Lake Oahe
Lake Oahe is a large and expansive reservoir, which means that there are numerous bites that are taking place across the fishery. There are no secret spots nor baits, just patterns that develop and can be emulated up and down the lake. This video highlights a personal challenge-find fish without going to any prior marked/fished spots on Lake Oahe. The goal is to find a pattern and translate that into several spots that can produce fish. It starts a bit slow, but as the pattern emerged the bites did too! Summer walleyes on Lake Oahe are often in predictable locations, notably following bait, and once you find those areas the bite can very good wherever you go on the fishery!
