Motorcycle ride to the Pamonha Sanctuary! Today I (Manoel) left São José do Rio Preto on my BMW F900 GS Adventure Plus and took the Assis Chateaubriand highway towards Olímpia/Barretos — about 40 km — just to satisfy an old craving: to buy pamonha as a surprise for my wife (and myself too, I confess 😋). I passed through Guapiaçu and arrived at the old Rancho da Pamonha, which is now the Pamonha Sanctuary: a picturesque place to stop, have a pingado (coffee with milk) with pão de queijo (cheese bread) and breathe in the countryside scenery. Along the way, the F900 GS showed why it's so enjoyable to ride on the road — I'm talking about the heated grips that are a lifesaver on cold days, the ear protectors that block out wind noise inside the helmet, and the trunk that I had taken off at the wrong time (I'll have to bring the pamonha in my fanny pack 😅). There at the sanctuary I also met Danilo and Bruno, two subscribers of the channel, with a Triumph Speed ​​Twin and a Suzuki GSX 1000.
