Our Southern Taiwan Experience | Food, Art & Arcades!

After the magic of Nanzhuang, we are heading south to Kaohsiung and Tainan! Not even the rain could slow us down, as we devoured what might be the best hot pot we’ve ever had in our lives (complete with an incredible noodle performance that we were not expecting AT ALL), played way too many arcade games, explored colourful Pier 2 Art Street, and took the ferry over to beautiful Cijin Island. So if you’re planning a trip to Taiwan, don’t just stay in Taipei — southern Taiwan is 100% worth it. Quick apology: Yes, we ate KFC and McDonald’s on this trip… we know, we know 😭 Taiwanese food is too good and we still gave in to trying foreign fast food. Sorry friends!!
