Gentle yoga suitable for those with fused spines and scoliosis. These stretches and movements help to release tension in the hips and lower back, which can help to reduce pain. Suitable for beginners, no equipment necessary. Please only do once you have been all cleared for exercises after your fusion surgery. This may not be suitable for everyone, please listen to your body and if anything hurts, stop. I have right thoracic left lumbar scoliosis with no fusion surgery.
