I interviewed a resident of the Korean Container Village and took a look at what their life was like. They said that immediately after the earthquake, there was no help and it was extremely cold. However, three days later, numerous countries and organizations rushed to help with the earthquake damage recovery. I had many conversations with the resident living in the container. There is a man here named Mr. Chang-seop who oversees the Korean Container Village, and he is truly an amazing person. He personally runs around doing everything from start to finish for the people. The people of Turkey also expressed deep respect and gratitude upon seeing him continue to help people, even though he could have returned to Korea after just one year. (This wasn't shown in the video.) I also want to live my life helping those in difficult situations, just like him. But I haven't heard much about the Turkish government doing anything for us. It's legendary... (Are you just going to sit here and watch?) I spent about two weeks in Gönül Mutfağı cooking and chatting with many people, and had a great time.
