Chota, located in Takehara City, is a fairly old restaurant, though it's unclear when it first opened. Their hand-made Sanuki udon noodles are not too chewy, but have just the right firmness. Their rich broth makes them delicious. Their broth rivals that of Sensui and Dashi Doraku in Kure City. They also have a wide selection of fried foods, including cutlets and fried shrimp, which were also quite good.
