Bargain Camping Gem: OEX Bobcat 1 Review - Must-Have Budget Tent

The OEX Bobcat 1 tent. Well, what can i say! For a cheap budget tent, it pitches quickly and easily, is lightweight and compact making it a great 1 person backpacking tent. Leon and myself, both bought these tents as they where on sale, and I am glad I did. We pitched this up on Great Hill Moor, and watched all the fireworks from the surrounding area's. Food was good too, whilst i made pizza on the ridge monkey and Leon had a curry. Amazing night with amazing views!! The oex bobcat tent is 220cm long x 140cm wide x 110cm tall. Internal sleeping dimensions are 200cm long x 70cm wide x 100cm tall. The tent weighs 1.94kg, has a hydrostatic head of 5,000mm and the floor sheet of 4000mm. This is an outer pitch first and a single pole, but once the inner has been connected, then you can just throw this tent up in just 5 mins. If you are tall and big, then i would not recommend this for you, however, get yourself to go outdoors and have a lie down in one of the tents. This tent could be a potential to be a four season tent and I will test this out in another video, but did really well considering the wind we had, and the fact that both of us where toasty warm, even though it was 2 degrees at night.
