Tomatoes (3–4 large) Onions (1 cup) Cashews (1 small cup for that rich texture) Ginger-Garlic Paste (2 tbsp) Water (1 to 1.5 glasses for blending) For the Curry & Veggies: Vegetable Oil (250ml) Onions (Finely chopped) Capsicum (Seeds and middle part removed, outer shell chopped into bite-sized pieces) Fresh Herbs (Mint leaves & Fresh Cilantro) Spices & Extras: Spices: Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Powder, and Salt (to taste) The Secret Ingredient: Amul Fresh Cream 👩🍳 Quick Recipe Overview: Prep: Clean the prawns thoroughly using salt, turmeric, and water.
