This does not change the recipe! Just leave out the oil and the amount of water stays the same. And if the nuts are too big for you, you can simply cut them a little smaller. I recommend this especially for very large nuts, such as walnuts or Brazil nuts. After baking, you should not store the bread in a freezer bag or similar. It is best to wrap it in a kitchen towel and then put it in a bread bag or in the drawer. The bread stays fresh for several days. It's also perfect for freezing slices and then toasting when needed!
