This is the first instalment of our overland adventure from Perth, Australia to London, England. In this episode we take the first, scariest, and most important step - leaving. We battle through the intense heat and distance of Outback Australia. We tackle the process of international vehicle shipping. And we find ourselves in Asia's newest country, learning about a place we never dreamed of visiting. We are Tom and Lucy. We quit our jobs, sold anything of value, gave the rest to charity and left our lives in Australia permanently so we could ride across the planet.
