Breakfast Bread Recipe 1.5 tsp yeast 1 cup warm water 2 TBSP maple syrup 2 cups bread flour 1 tsp salt 2 TBSP honey Preheat oven to 200°F then turn it off. Mix yeast and water and drizzle of maple syrup together. Let stand 10 mins until foamy. Add flour, salt, and honey. Knead. The dough should be smooth but still pretty sticky. Cover with a towel and rise in the off but warm oven (with the light on) for 1 hour or until doubled. Add flour to loosen from bowl. Handle gently to not flatten the dough much. Separate into 6 equal pieces 425ºF in the middle of oven for 15-25 mins until the crust is golden brown
