I Pulled the Valve Cover on This ’63 Ford… and Found THIS

I pulled the valve cover on this 1963 Ford F100 and wasn’t ready for what I found. This might be the nastiest engine I’ve ever worked on, decades of sludge, grime, and buildup hiding inside a classic truck that’s been sitting far too long. In this video at The Garage R&R, I tear into this old Ford pickup, inspect the valvetrain, adjust the valves, and track down an engine leak that’s been developing. Instead of ordering parts, I make new gaskets in-house and bring this classic engine back to life the old-school way. If you enjoy classic truck restoration, barn finds, engine revival, and old-school mechanical work, you’re in the right place. 🔧 Vehicle: 1963 Ford F100 pickup 🛠️ In this video: Valve cover removal Inspecting a sludged engine Valve adjustment on a classic Ford engine Fixing an engine oil leak Making custom gaskets in-house Bringing a neglected engine back to life 📺 Subscribe for more classic car and truck revival content! 👇 Watch the first video on this Ford 👇    • 1963 Ford F100 Nuclear Site Truck | Why Wo...   STAY CONNECTED WITH THE GARAGE: 📸 Instagram — @thegarageautorr 📘 Facebook — The Garage Automotive Restoration & Revival 🎥 YouTube — The Garage R&R (@TheGarageRR) 🌐 Website (coming soon!)
