TAR - Tina & Annette Run! - Unser Weg zum Transalpine Run 2022 - Folge 1

TAR - this is not only the abbreviation for TransAlpineRun but since 2022 also for "Tina & Annette Run", because this year we are also part of this adventure ☺️ . We've had the idea for years, but one of the toughest stage races in the world at 285km/16,770m elevation gain isn't something you just run like that. The training begins in winter, a lot of time has to be invested, priorities set, the year planned and many things dispensed with. . And that's exactly what our documentary "Tina & Annette Run - our way to the Transalpine Run 2022" is all about. We show you our #roadtotar in series format and are accompanied by @blindillusionist , who not only had the idea for this project but also films breathtaking scenes and shows us just as we are - ambitious athletes but above all friends with a common dream. The 1st episode is about how we got to know each other, who had the idea, how the individual ticks, why we complement each other so well and, above all, what the master ranking is all about 😉 . We are already looking forward to the next episodes, which will deal with topics such as training, nutrition, recovery, mental strength but also weaknesses and motivation dips. The highlight will of course be the showdown on September 10th, 2022 in Italy, where we hope to cross the finish line after 8 days and 285km! So stay tuned, the next episodes are already running 😊
