Only 8 weeks to go until the TAR, so it's time for the second episode of our documentary "Tina & Annette Run - our way to the Transalpine Run 2022"! . 290km and 17,320m+: when does the training for such a stage race start, how much do you train for it and how do you prepare? That's what this episode is all about, we talk about our first weeks of training, our running load and our plans for the following weeks, but also about my dirty beginnings of running and Tina's glittering outfit... and toilet paper😅 Thank you @blindillusionist for showing us exactly how we are - ambitious athletes but above all girlfriends with a common dream . .
