If you don't have an oven, you can still make bread. There are steamed and frypan versions. For the filling, you can use dark or milk chocolate chunks; the chocolate melts while the bread is still hot, but it will harden as it cools. The Teflon version uses a 24 cm diameter frying pan. Ingredients: 130 ml lukewarm full-cream milk 30 g sugar 4 g yeast 1 egg yolk 1 tsp pandan paste (optional if you want a pandan flavor) ½ tsp salt 225 g high-protein flour 30 g margarine Filling: dark chocolate chunks or chocolate spread Chocolate Spread Recipe (melted chocolate filling) 1.5 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp sugar 125 ml full-cream milk 50 g dark chocolate 1 tsp butter The method can be seen in the video.
