「惡夢吉夢祝」 太上高精，三帝丹靈。絳宮明徹，吉感告情。三元柔魄，天皇授經。所向諧合，飛仙上清。常與玉真，俱會紫庭。 「惡夢吉夢祝」出自《雲笈七籤》卷四十五《秘要訣法·惡夢吉夢祝第二十六》。據《上清握中訣》記載，此咒也被稱為「善惡二夢祝法」，屬於道教秘傳法門，用於應對夢境中的善惡感應，引導修行者通過祝禱達到身心澄澈、與道相合的境界。主要用於修行者在臥覺（睡醒）後通過按摩眼睛14次（二七過），叩齒14次（二七通），然後配合聽誦此咒。願至高無上的神靈賜予深邃的精氣神力，三清天尊的丹田靈光護佑。願心宮清明透徹，將這吉祥的感應向神靈稟告。天地水三元之力使魂魄變得柔和純淨，承蒙天皇傳授神聖經典。願所追求的一切都能和諧圓滿，願能常與玉真仙人相伴，一同在紫微仙宮中相聚。將夢境中的吉祥轉化為現實的福祉。 The "Auspicious Dream Mantra" originates from Volume 45 of the 'Yunji Qiqian' (The Seven Bamboo Slips of the Cloudy Satchel), specifically from Chapter 26 of the 'Secret Essential Methods' section titled 'Evil Dream and Auspicious Dream Mantra'. According to the 'Shangqing Wozhong Jue' (The Upper Clarity Essential Methods), this incantation is also known as the 'Method of Mantra for Good and Evil Dreams', belonging to esoteric Taoist practices used to address the auspicious and inauspicious influences within dreams, guiding practitioners through prayer to achieve a state of mental and physical clarity and harmony with the Tao. Primarily used by practitioners upon waking (from sleep), this method involves massaging the eyes 14 times (two sets of seven), clenching the teeth 14 times (two sets of seven), and then reciting this incantation. May the supreme deities bestow profound spiritual energy and vital force, with the luminous protection of the Three Pure Ones' elixir field. May the heart palace be clear and transparent, reporting this auspicious response to the divine spirits. May the forces of the Three Origins (Heaven, Earth, and Water) render the soul gentle and pure, having received the sacred scriptures transmitted by the Heavenly Emperor. May all pursuits achieve harmonious fulfillment, and may one always accompany the True Jade Immortals, gathering together in the Purple Palace.
