魂不守舍？「安魂魄咒」一咒鎮心神，三魂七魄各歸其位！Taoist the "Soul-Stabilizing Mantra"

「安魂魄咒」 紂絕標帝晨，諒事構重阿。炎如霄中煙，勃若景耀華。武城帶神鋒，恬照吞青阿。閶闔臨丹井，雲門鬱嵯峨。七非通奇蓋，連宛亦敷魔。六天横北道，此是鬼神家。 「安魂魄咒」出自《雲笈七籤·秘要訣法部·卷三》，是道教中用於安魂定魄的重要咒語。道教認為，陽神賦予生命，陰神卻引向死亡。魂屬陽神，魄屬陰神。魂性寧靜，魄性活躍，二者失衡，陰陽不諧。若三魂七魄各安其位，身心自然和諧，生機盎然，利於健康。與《黃帝內經》「恬淡虛無，真氣從之；精神內守，病安從來」有相通之處。在至高無上的帝晨之地，真相如重重山巒般層層展開。烈焰如天際輕煙升騰，光芒似星辰閃耀躍動。武城山環繞著神鋒般的利劍，寧靜的光輝籠罩著青翠的山谷。天門俯瞰著煉丹的靈井，雲霧中的仙門高聳入雲。七情六欲無法侵擾這奇妙的境界，連綿的山巒驅散一切邪魔。北方天道橫貫六重鬼神之境，此處正是陰陽交界的神秘家園。心神不寧、焦慮、失眠，感到不安、恐懼時，能幫助魂魄各安其位，使心神安寧，幫助五臟神歸位，達到身心平衡。 The "Soul-Stabilizing Mantra" comes from Yunji Qiqian (Scroll 3, "Essential Methods"), a classic Taoist text. It’s used to calm the spirit and restore balance between the hun (ethereal soul) and po (corporeal spirit). Taoism teaches that the hun is yang—peaceful and life-giving—while the po is yin—active and tied to the body. When they’re out of balance, you may feel anxious, fearful, or unwell. But when your “three hun and seven po” are settled in their proper places, your mind and body become harmonious, vibrant, and healthy—echoing the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon: "In stillness and simplicity, true energy flows; when the spirit is inwardly centered, illness cannot arise." The mantra describes a sacred realm: Flames rise like smoke in the sky, light dances like stars, divine mountains guard serene valleys, and heavenly gates overlook mystical wells. In this pure space, emotions and desires can’t disturb you, and evil forces are driven away. It’s the mysterious borderland where yin and yang meet—the home of spirits.
