On Sunday in Lucerne, an 18-year-old Guinean asylum seeker, visibly drunk and under the influence of drugs, harassed several women at the Nordpol swimming area on the Reuss River, even going so far as to grope their buttocks in the water. Bathers intervened and restrained him on the ground until the police arrived. He was then taken to the hospital for observation. A few hours later, he returned to the area, resumed harassing passersby, and had to be removed a second time by the police.
