¡PROBAMOS TODO! La VERDADERA Experiencia Bodegonera Porteña (No vas a creer las porciones) ft.Cabito
Bodegones porteños are the culinary soul of Buenos Aires: born from home cooking, Italian and Spanish influences, generous portions, skilled waiters, and an atmosphere as familiar as a chat with friends. I went to lunch with Cabito, and we ended up visiting three very different places, but with one thing in common: delicious food and tables that invite you to linger. We started with Mondongo y Coliflor in Parque Chacabuco, Cabito's place; we continued with Don Carlos in La Boca, and ended with Coronado in Palermo, inside the MALBA. We chatted, ate, laughed, and confirmed (once again) that there's no better plan than a good place with good company. Three different styles, lots of food, and lots of conversation along the way. Do you know any of them?
