Blend until all the corn is crushed. Strain to separate all the liquid (we will only use the solid part, which in this case will be the corn husk). Return the pulp to the blender and add the eggs and milk, and beat well for one minute. Add the grated coconut and beat again until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the sugar, wheat flour, yeast and butter at room temperature. Using a whisk, mix vigorously until smooth. Preheat the oven to a medium temperature of 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter and wheat flour and add the dough to the pan. Bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. If necessary, do the toothpick test.
