Need taste testers because I can't eat all these biscuits myself. lol 🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪 Normal 1-2 oz* Drop Cookies: Oatmeal Raisin Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Half Pounders*: Plain M&Ms Chocolate Chip #smallbatchfromscratch *Pre-Cooked Weight https://www.showmecookies.com/ Decadent Loaded DC M&M and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients 250 g dark chocolate M&Ms 250 g semi-sweet chocolate chips 230 g cold butter - cubed 160 g soft light brown sugar 160 g granulated (or caster) sugar 500 g all purpose flour 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp baking powder 2 beaten eggs 2 tsp pure vanilla extract Directions 1. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl. Set aside. 2. Start by adding the cubed cold butter to the bowl of a stand-mixer, mix on low to med to loosen the butter. 3. Add the sugars and briefly stir until just combined. 4. Add the m&ms and chocolate chips; and stir until just combined. 5. Add the dry ingredients and stir until a breadcrumb like consistency. 6. Add the beaten eggs, pure vanilla extract and stir until just combined. 7. Form into rough balls weighing 125g each, and freeze for at least 90 min. 8. Preheat the oven to 185 c/365 f with a parchment lined baking sheet inside. 9. Once the oven is preheated, place the frozen dough balls at least 2 inches apart on the preheated baking sheet. 10. Bake for 17-21 min. When finished and completely cooled, these cookies are a delicious, decadent treat! When cooled yet still warm these cookies are truly a mouth-watering delight!
