Quick, delicious, and restaurant-quality at home! 🛒 Ingredients: 250g linguine 300g whole shrimp (with shells) 2 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic (minced) 200g crushed tomatoes 50ml white wine (optional) Salt & black pepper Chili flakes (optional) Fresh parsley Grated parmesan (optional) 👩‍🍳 Instructions: Clean the shrimp: remove heads, shells, and devein them. Keep the shells. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the shrimp shells and boil for 5 minutes to create extra flavor. Remove and discard the shells. In the same water, add salt and cook the linguine according to package instructions. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the cleaned shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink. Pour in the white wine (optional) and let it evaporate. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss well. Garnish with parsley and parmesan.
