Frozen Peanut butter Chocolate Cup 1 scoop IdealLean Protein - Chocolate Brownie 1T pb 1/2t. dark cocoa 1/2 t. baking powder 2 packets stevia (optional) Stir protein powder, cocoa, stevia and baking powder together with about 2T water. Add water until it is a brownie batter consistency or whatever consistency you prefer. The baking powder is optional. I just like that it makes it fluffy. Top with pb and swirl it around. Freeze for a few hours. I like mine rock hard so I make it at night and eat it the next time from frozen. Overnight Puffy Oats .25 C oats 1 C water Dash salt -Cook 4 minutes. Let it sit in the microwave for 4 minutes. Then pour it into a smaller bowl and put it straight into the fridge. Eat cold the next day drizzled with PB and SF syrup. Egg white and Oat Caramel Pancake 2/3 C egg whites 1/4c. oats 1T peanut butter -Put egg whites in warm pan that's been sprayed. Add 1/4 C oats sprinkled evenly on egg whites. Wait till egg whites are mostly white. Add 2-3 stevia packets, sprinkle all around. Salt, sprinkled around. Kernel Seasonings caramel and Cheese popcorn seasoning sprinkled all over. Flip over carefully. 1 Tb PB spread around on one side. Immediately fold in half with pb on inside. Don't cook it long on this side! Transfer to container for the fridge. Eat cold the next day
