Spray tan from www.laboom.life - use code TRAINERLINDSEY for 30% off. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meal 1: No Bake Protein Cookies 1 scoop Chocolate Brownie IdealLean Protein 12g (3/4T) peanut butter 20g (1/4c) oats 1t cocoa ½-1T water Blend all ingredients in a bowl. It will be hard to stir. Form into protein balls or one big cookie. Freeze and store in a baggie. I make a whole week’s worth of this at a time and keep 7 bags in the freezer. Meal 2: Apple Pumpkin Muffins 30g oats ½ c egg whites 50g apple, chopped 50g pumpkin 10g Apple Pie IdealLean Protein 1/4t baking powder 1/4t pumpkin pie spice 3 packets stevia Blend all ingredients besides apples in blender and pour into 4 muffin tins. Sprinkle the chopped apple over the four muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. I usually quadruple this and make 16 muffins. I take four baggies and put four muffins in each one. I keep them all in the freezer and take them out the night before I plan to eat them. Meal 6: Melting Cake 1 scoop Chocolate Brownie IdealLean Protein 1/4t baking powder 1t cocoa 2-3 packets splenda 1-2T water 16g (1T) peanut butter Mix all ingredients but peanut butter in a small bowl until it’s brownie batter consistency. Microwave at 50% power for approx 15 seconds or until it starts to puff up in the microwave. Top with peanut butter.
