World's Strongest Woman 'Brittany Diamond' Is 9 Days From a Pro Card?!

Brittany Diamond was once World’s Strongest Woman. Now she is nine days from the USA’s, chasing an IFBB pro card in women’s physique. At Strength Culture Gym in Las Vegas, Brittany takes Stage Ready Media through one of her final intense posterior sessions before the show. She trains hamstrings, glutes, and back while working around knee surgery, wrist reconstruction, and four herniated discs. Between sets, Brittany shares how she walked away from strongwoman while people were still clapping. She also opens up about selling everything, moving across the country, starting over alone in Las Vegas, losing her love for training, and finding her way back through the Strength Culture community. The workout includes heavy hamstring curls, three-plate deficit RDLs, dumbbell rows, neutral-grip pulldowns, lower-back work, and glute accessories. Brittany also explains: • Why she still trains hard deep into prep • How slower tempo replaced chasing heavier numbers • Why she programs her own training • How her fiancé manages her nutrition • What it took to leave corporate work and build an online coaching business • Why remembering her hardest seasons keeps her moving forward This session takes place nine days before the USA’s and five days before Brittany’s first Coach 360 panel. Her goal is to become, by her count, the third woman in the world to hold both professional strongwoman status and an IFBB pro card.
