Vintage is the Magic the Gathering format with the most legal cards out of any format. Beyond cards that require ante, physical dexterity, or other such universally illegal in sanctioned play cards, every other card ever printed is legal. Even the most powerful cards in the game such as the Power Nine are legal, albeit restricted to one copy in a deck. Given that cards are basically never banned in the format, it has resulted in a format centered around powerful cards only really legal in this format. The aforementioned Power Nine will not be on this list, because most of them are so similar and so talked about that the video would be fairly boring if they took up so many slots.
