Ranking Roman Provinces from Worst to Best

THE ANCIENT ROMAN CHALLENGE: Take a shot every time a province produced wine. Wow, I cannot believe I finally managed to pull this video out, it took me weeks of research to finish it. There might be some discrepancies about regions/provinces. Why are some listed provinces merged (Gaul, Hispania...) and others are not? Isn't that unfair?? Given the historical situation the borders of the provinces changed over time (look at Diocletian reforms, Balkans suddenly becomes like 30 provinces) I needed to make some cuts (or merges rather) in order to make the video interesting as well as historical.
