Any leader with concerns could directly engage with our leader. Astonishingly, by 3:30 in the morning, we had secured the support of emerging markets." Kant further underscored the pivotal role played in achieving consensus, explaining, "By morning, we had gained the approval of the majority of G7 nations. However, Russia presented a challenge. Between 2 am and 4 am, we engaged in intensive negotiations with Russia and succeeded in gaining their cooperation."
