Robotic bag palletiser for 25kg and 50kg bags, 1200 bags per hour

ICM engineered, produced and installed robotic line for bag palletising. Line palletises 25 and 50kg bags on euro pallets. Robot arm picks up bags from two different packaging machines and places them onto a pallet. Capacity of the line for 25kg bags is 1200 bags per hour. For 50kg bags, capacity of the line is 600 bags per hour. In both cases, line packages 30 pallets per hour. ICM produced conveyor system for bags, pallets, pallet magazine, machine for placing foil on empty pallet, machine for placing foil on full pallet, robotic system, control cabinet and all of the software.
