Chocolate is one of the ingredients that's always present in my house, yet I've never made Lindt cake. Today I'm sharing a soft tart base made with the appropriate mold. If you don't have one, don't worry: First, get a smaller mold (say, 19 cm), pour the batter into it, and once cooked and cooled, place an upside-down plate on the surface, trace the perimeter, and hollow out lightly with a knife. It's delicious, though, and offers unique textures. Try it. Good luck and enjoy!
