It’s known for being extremely thin crust, and it’s baked until the crispy almost like a cracker, yet it’s silky at the same time. We headed 180 Grammi Pizzeria Romana, one of the highest rated pizzerias in all of Rome. They serve Roman style pizza, but also are quite modern and have some unique and modern twists to their pizzas as well. They had one pizza with baba ganouj that wont the pizza of the year in Italy award! It was my first time to try Roman pizza, and I was thoroughly impressed - it’s become one of my favorite styles. However, I’m still pretty classic, I liked the simple spicy salami and margarita the best, over the fusion creations.
