We’ll meet up with Chef Abdur Rouf, who is originally from Bangladesh, and ask him how he got started cooking and why he chose Bangkok to open a restaurant and serve a mix of Indian and Pakistani food. The food is all Halal and a few of the top dishes I tried today were the grilled kebab tray, lamb shank nihari, kebab masala, and a Bangladeshi duck.
