I come from a small town north of Bordeaux. I've worked in real estate for 12 years. I started as a salesperson specializing in insulation materials for individuals, and it was a real eye-opener! I worked incredibly hard, putting in countless hours. At that point, I realized more than ever that I loved connecting with people and sharing my knowledge. I found myself managing 21 people at the age of 22, then becoming a regional manager, overseeing four stores and about fifty employees. Then, at 24… I decided to leave this very well-paid job to take on a new challenge and create MY OWN company. If you only knew how many people tried to dissuade me, and not one of them told me I could actually succeed… So I created my own property renovation company. Of course, there have been ups and downs, difficult times and successes, but I've never regretted my decision! As you can imagine, real estate gradually came into my life, and I discovered property investing. It all started with a book, and it changed my life. I didn't jump in blindly; I trained myself in all aspects: market research, financing, taxation, property management, and so on. Today, I own several properties, from commercial spaces to apartments and entire buildings, which I manage in various ways: furnished rentals, short-term rentals, long-term rentals, and buy-to-sell properties… both in my own name and through a real estate investment company (SCI). Throughout my journey, I've made many mistakes that cost me dearly in money, but also in time. We all make mistakes; they build our experience! However, it's important to minimize them because lost time can't be recovered! The good news is that by joining the Go Rentier team, you won't make the mistakes I made because I've learned from them! I've transformed those mistakes into experience, and I'm now able to share real knowledge and provide unwavering support. I could sum up the creation of Go Rentier with the word PASSION!
