In this video, Dr. Joe talked about 5 effective exercises for C6, C7 and C8 nerve impingement. Symptoms include numbness in the hand and fingers, wrist pain, finger pain, and weakness in the grip. How did it happen? Usually from poor posture and bad working habits, previous sports injuries, lead to misalignment of the C5-6, C6-7, and C7-T1 vertebral joints. These joints are very prone to disc herniation leading to cervical radiculopathy. Dr. Joe demonstrated 5 effective exercises for C6, C7, and C8 nerve impingement.
