Why does Christianity make us so uncomfortable these days?
After the memorial for Charlie Kirk, many people expressed how alien the Christian aspects of it were. Some said it was "cringey" or like "mass psychosis," or were skeptical of his widow, Erika Kirk, when she said that she forgave her husband's shooter. Why did people react this way? How did we get here? And are we better off now that we're a more secular society? In this video, I also discuss R.R. Reno's book The Return of the Strong Gods.
