The Line Needs To Be Drawn

We're an apologetics channel, not a discernment ministry, but at a certain point, answers need to be given. To give the greatest benefit of the doubt to Pastor Eric Conn, perhaps he 'merely' lied about having read this book, that says that only white people are Christians. Perhaps, though we doubt it, he has the most convenient selective memory in history to forget the whole middle third of this book. Or, worst of all, perhaps he thinks that this is no big deal, compatible with Christianity, or he's scared to offend the people who do believe it. This man is a pastor in public ministry, over other Christians. When it comes to a matter like this, he has to give an answer. We sought to contact Conn privately about this, and were unable to find publicly listed contact information. If you happen to know him, please ask him. We want to give the greatest benefit of the doubt to a professing brother in Christ, but this is a red-line matter that needs to be clarified. This is a small channel, we don't expect many people to ever see this, but for a man in public ministry, we need the truth here. If he lied, then repentance. If he thinks that people who are not white 'simply are not Christians' is compatible with Christianity, then stepping down from any position of leadership in the church.
