From stunning beaches and island hopping to unique spots like Tresco Abbey Garden, it’s amazing how much there is to do in a place that still feels relatively unknown. What really surprised me is how beautiful and peaceful everything looks — it feels completely different from what I expected when I think of the UK. The fact that parts of these islands aren’t even on Google Street View yet makes it feel even more like a hidden gem. As someone from North America, this kind of destination isn’t what I usually picture when I think of UK travel… but now I’m definitely curious.
