I took home the ZZR250 (submerged) that I was given and did a quick check of its condition. I had heard that there was a coolant leak from the head, but in the end it wasn't from the head, so I hoped that it would be fine, but as I saw in the previous video, I decided to remove the engine after all and disassembled the upper part of the engine. After that, I washed the parts and polished the valves, washed the crankcase and polished all the mating surfaces, measured all the parts and completed the cylinder honing. I continued polishing the valves, rubbed them together, and cut the seats. The engine was assembled and painted. This time it was the carburetor overhaul.
