The body continuously generates survival responses that are meant to move, express, and resolve, but conditioning and fear block these processes, leaving energy incomplete and stored. This stored energy does not disappear. It builds over time and is experienced as symptoms such as tension, anxiety, fatigue, and emotional instability. Attempts to fix or calm these symptoms often reinforce the original pattern of suppression, further preventing completion and maintaining dysregulation. True regulation is not about reducing activation but allowing full cycles of activation, processing, and discharge to occur without interference. As these cycles complete, the nervous system updates, stored energy is released, and symptoms naturally decrease. Healing is a gradual process of removing interference and allowing the body to do what it is already designed to do.
