I Met Him Online... He Fed Me Street Food! | Faisalabad Pakistan

Faisalabad, Pakistan I met someone I’d only known online and traveled to Pakistan to meet him in person. What started in Lahore quickly turned into a street food tour in Faisalabad, filled with traditional Pakistani food and unexpected moments. After working together online for over 2.5 years, we finally met in Pakistan. He picked me up in Lahore and drove me to his hometown of Faisalabad, where the day was planned around trying well-known Pakistani street foods. This is Part 1, as there was too much to include in a single video. In this episode, I try popular foods like naan haleem, a premium samosa, and dahi Bhala, while learning about the history of the Indian subcontinent and how food traditions in Pakistan developed over time. This Pakistan travel vlog focuses on food, conversation, and first impressions rather than typical tourist experiences. Because of travel and safety requirements in Pakistan, we also made a brief stop at the police station to obtain a permit needed to move around the city and check into my hotel. It’s a part of traveling in Pakistan that many visitors don’t often see. After exploring Faisalabad’s food scene, I visited his office and met his team. The day was full, fast-paced, and surprising — and this is only the beginning. Part 2 continues with more of Faisalabad and the experiences that followed.
