Tonight I’m eating at the famous Rashid Seafood inside Keamari Port in Karachi, trying fish and prawns fresh from the harbour just hours after being caught. We explore the seafood market, the kitchen, the charcoal grills, fish karahi, grilled prawns and some of the freshest seafood I’ve ever tasted anywhere in the world. Keamari Port is one of the busiest and most chaotic areas in Karachi, famous for its fishing industry, seafood markets, cargo docks and incredible fresh fish restaurants hidden inside the port.
