Handstand Conditioning
Here is some conditioning I usually do mostly before and sometimes after handstand training. Trying to mimic pressing up and holding handstand laying on my back. These exercises help me warm up different movements before I load my arms with weight. The leg kicks help warm up and make the joint more elastic . The form I'm using here is not the best, there's a lot of bending in my opposite leg when I do the kicks, so it's not really increasing my flexibility much.
