Monólogo de Alsina: "La turra de la conjura"

The host of Más de uno has pointed to the responsibility of the ruling party in the Leire case, since it was their organizational secretary at the time, Santos Cerdán, who was behind it all. #psoe #spain https://www.ondacero.es/programas/mas... Let me tell you a story, it's very short, you'll see. The philosophy professor said to his students: you have thirty minutes to present a convincing written argument for the non-existence of this chair. "Can you repeat that?" one of the students asked. "You have half an hour to argue philosophically why this chair we have here doesn't exist. Apply everything you've learned this term about being and reality." The students took their pens and pondered for a moment the best way to demonstrate that, even though it was right in front of them, that chair didn't exist. Then the smallest of the students raised his hand. "Professor," he said, "I have a question." "Go ahead, ask it." "You're asking us to argue why this chair doesn't exist." "That's right." "Excuse me, but... what chair?" The teacher smiled, proud of his student's philosophical wit, and gave him top marks right then and there. Chair, what chair? Leire, what Leire? Santos, what Santos? Instead of a federal committee, the Socialist Party would do well to convene a congress of philosophers. Let them help answer the question: What are we? And this other one: Who are we? And to this last point: Is there an entity called the Socialist Party capable of doing or not doing things independently of whether or not the people acting on its behalf actually do them? The media headlined the story: "The PSOE denies having cooperated in the dirty tricks." First item on the agenda for the congress of philosophers: if the PSOE's organizational secretary makes a statement in her capacity as organizational secretary, can we conclude that the one making it is the PSOE? Is it legitimate to assume that when the party's number three speaks from Ferraz, it is the party itself that is speaking? What is the PSOE, and who acts or speaks on its behalf? What is the PSOE, and who acts or speaks on its behalf? In the operation to erase Santos Cerdán from our memory—that person you mentioned—the Socialist leadership crowned itself yesterday by proclaiming that the party never helped Leire in her escapades, but without denying that Santos Cerdán did. He already used the same rather crude tactic when the dealings of Ábalos and Koldo began to come to light: what they did is one thing, but attributing it to the Socialist Party is another. But it turns out that this dirty tricks operation was overseen, according to the UCO (Central Operative Unit of the Civil Guard), by the Socialist Party's organizing secretary precisely because he held that position. What happened wasn't that some random man named Santos met a party member named Leire for coffee in the Alley of the Cat to spend the morning in lively conversation about current events. What happened is that Santos Cerdán, in his capacity as organizing secretary, gave instructions to finance Leire Díez's activities, disguising the purpose of the payments under fictitious, that is, allegedly false, pretexts. What happened, according to the judge's ruling, is that Santos Cerdán, as a party authority and foreman at its headquarters, ordered a twenty-thousand-euro advertising campaign to be placed on a digital platform with the sole purpose of paying Patricia López, Leire's colleague. If all of this, according to the investigation, was done by the PSOE's organizational secretary, can his successor, Torró, maintain that the PSOE, as such, never did anything? Well, she could. In fact, she's working on it. But the endeavor is doomed to failure because in 2024, Santos Cerdán was the PSOE. And in 2025, too. Just as what Rebeca Torró does and says today is being done and said by the PSOE. Perhaps not in legal terms, but certainly in political terms. And the dilemma facing today's Socialist leadership is that they don't really know what more Santos Cerdán could have done, thanks to the privileges Sánchez bestowed upon him, during the years he was practically a god at the party headquarters on Ferraz Street. Sánchez, like Ms. Torró, now proclaims the scrupulous integrity of his party's actions with the same conviction with which he proclaimed Cerdán a paragon of integrity, Zapatero a moral compass, and Koldo an example for the rank and file. If you don't know, it's probably best not to speak.
