Welcome to the Birds of the World at the Cincinnati Zoo! One outdoor, and eight indoor habitats ranging from single species exhibits to large walk-in aviaries. Highlights include the unique Sunbittern, and positively bizarre Mata Mata Turtle in South America, three Critically Endangered birds that number in the 100’s or less in Australasia, and Penguins of the Sub-Antarctic Islands.
