Add *1 cup wheat flour* and roast on low to medium flame until it turns *golden brown* and gives a nutty aroma. Transfer it to a plate and keep aside. 3. In the same pan, add *1 cup water* and **1 cup sugar**. Cook until the sugar dissolves and forms a light sugar syrup. 4. Add the *ground spice powder* (cloves, black pepper, green cardamom, and black cardamom) to the syrup and mix well. 5. Gradually add the roasted wheat flour to the syrup while stirring continuously to prevent lumps. 6. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan. 7. Grease a plate or tray with ghee and transfer the mixture onto it. Spread it evenly using a greased spatula or the back of a spoon. 8. Allow it to cool slightly, then cut into square pieces. 9.
