How to pull a fast 2000m time on the rowing machine? There is more to it than looking for "hacks", "cheats", "tricks" or "secrets". First of all, you need to know what your weaknesses are, more precisely speaking, whether or not you already have enough strength and not enough endurance, or vice versa. Then you need to build up and compensate your weaknesses, rather than doing random training or following training plans that were either not made for you or ai generated. In rowing, this does not work sustainably.
