By the age of 6 he could sing, play the guitar and the harmonica. By the age of 16 he had listened to every Clapton and Van Halen record, learning every note and riff from the guitar legends, turing himself into a guitar virtuoso. He was soon invited to work with another guitar legend Marty Friedman, and eventually got on board of David Lee Roth’s band. He achieved all of this before he turned 20, but that was the year when he met a wall. He was diagnosed with ALS, making it slowly but surely impossible for him to pick up the guitar again. But this didn’t stop him in his journey to create music though. Let’s take a closer look
