In this video, I showed various poses, including raising my hands this way and that way, and even jumping. ^^,, For reference, if you're jumping back, you should jump backwards and simultaneously form a chaturanga arm position. (If you want to jump back but find it difficult to get out of chaturanga, pause in a plank position and then lower down.) Even a slight change in movement can create a different stimulus, so unless you're already comfortable with it, I recommend trying it in various ways.
