Tough start, amazing finish! Autumn SEA TROUT fishing on the Swedish west coast

It was mid-September when I went out to the Swedish west coast in search of sea trout. I decided to fish at the location to the north from Gothenburg where I already fished this autumn. The conditions looked decent, but not optimal —a windy day but the tide was low. For this trip, I brought my spin fishing rod, but instead of usual lures with treble hooks, I switched for a lure with a single hook. At the start of autumn, the water is filled with vegetation, and this choice made it easier to avoid constant snags. The fishing begun tough. I moved between a couple of spots without success. But then the wind picked up, and it looked like that was the fish was waiting for. I got a couple of bites, with the last one resulting in a big sea trout! After a great fight, I landed an approved size sea trout—the perfect reward at the end of a challenging day. My gear: Rod Savage Gear Parabellum CCS 9'2" 10–30 g. Reel Savage Gear SG6 4000FD.
